Revvision is a review tool for video. A studio uploads a video and shares a link; the people who open that link watch it and leave notes. This page says what we keep and why.

What we store about a studio

The name and email address of the Google account or email address you sign in with, the studio name and logo you enter, and the projects, videos, revision notes and review results you create. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth; we never see a password.

What we store about a reviewer

Reviewers do not create an account. We keep the first name they type, the notes they leave, the moment in the video each note refers to, and a small still frame of that moment so the studio can see what the note is about. A browser value remembers the reviewer on that device so their draft survives a reload.

Where it lives

Data and videos are stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). The application is served by Cloudflare. Videos are private: they are only reachable through a signed link that expires.

Automated help with notes

When a reviewer leaves a vague note, the text of that note is sent to a language-model provider (through OpenRouter) to ask a clarifying question and phrase the final instruction. Only the note text goes there, never the video, the studio name or the reviewer’s name.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps a studio signed in. There is no advertising or tracking.

Keeping and deleting

Everything stays until the studio deletes the project or asks us to close the account, and then it is removed from storage. Write to the address below and we will delete an account on request.
